Key Responsibilities :
- Processing and delivering products to all branches
- Inventory Management - FIFO, no stock out
- Offloading and packing imported containers - Within 48 hours
- Plan team members' work and monitor for execution
Qualifications :
Minimum High School Degree, other higher learning certificates and at least 2 years of working experience. Experience leading a team will be an asset.
Soft Skills :
Leadership: Guides and supports team members to ensure smooth operations and task completion.
Attention to Detail: Carefully manages stock, ensuring accurate stocktaking and adherence to FIFO.
Accountability: Takes responsibility for inventory management and prevents stockouts.
Reliability: Ensures timely offloading of containers and consistent execution of tasks.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identifies and addresses any inventory or operational challenges.
